The Peninsula Bay Links Chapter is committed to serving the San Mateo County community through our five program facets:
Services to YouthAid minority youth in America to find and fulfill their intellectual potential. The Links provide programs that assist youth in developing positive self-esteem, increase academic achievement and address social issues affecting African-American youth and families.

International Trends and ServicesExpand the global platform for programs serving the educational, health and cultural needs of people of African descent throughout the world. The Links build schools in south Africa to ensure education for African children, support foreign students attending American colleges and universities, and collaboratively sponsor international projects.

National Trends and ServicesPromote awareness of issues that affect African Americans. The Links identify, design and implement programs that heighten awareness of educational, economic, health and wellness, political and social issues that impact African Americans.

Scholarships
The African American Scholars Link to Success program has awarded more that $320,000 to over 473 students to date.
